ABOUT ME

My name is Dr. Elise Desonier. I was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. I have wanted to be a veterinarian since I was 4 years old.

I graduated from undergraduate Veterinary school at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2015.

Since then, I have worked at clinics in Texas and Alaska before deciding to settle down in Portland, Oregon.

My veterinary interests include exotic medicine, wildlife medicine, ultrasonography, and surgery.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places as well as gardening, kayaking, and hiking with my Lab mix, Cowboy.
